Jeremy Young
A member of poetry_sound duo Cloud Circuit, electroacoustic modern classical trio Sontag Shogun, and library music waveriders Associated Sine Tone Services, Young’s long-evolving solo practice makes use of a sine and square wave oscillator system, 1/4″ magnetic tape, filtered radio and EMF signal, and foley-inspired sound treatments from amplified surfaces and objects. Taking cues from his reverberant, cyclical live performances in flow and texture, the works that make up Cablcar each derived from scraps of found reel-to-reel tape material sourced on eBay and sampled by splicing; leaning into Cagean chance processes and adapted collage techniques influenced by the Fluxus expressionism of Joseph Beuys. This elemental tape matter is supplemented with tone clusters, ostinati, and legato melodic phrases sputtered out by very cranky hardware machines.

Sophia Djebel Rose
"Austere yet baroque, dark yet luminous, raw yet refined, Sécheresse unveils nine mesmerizing, genre-defying tracks imbued with a magnetic allure.
While drawing on experimental rock with its saturated riffs and intoxicating drones, the soul of this opus also lies in the folk tradition, borrowing pastoral themes and a sense of commitment — often steeped in profound darkness.
Beyond any categorization, this album is an act of faith.
Definitely to be classified among the unclassifiable, it is with fervor and thoroughness that Sophia Djebel Rose lays the groundwork, that registers in the wake of sensitive female pioneers who shattered the stylistic boundaries."

DRUNK AT YOUR WEDDING,
So schlagen
die Songs von DaYW immer wieder
überraschende Haken, pendeln zwischen fragil
und laut und betten eingängige Melodien in ein
Schattenspiel aus Moll. Das zweite DaYW-
Album „I Have to Go Home“ (Bohemian
Strawberry, 2021) erntete freundliche Worte von
u.a. Spiegel Online, Rolling Stone, VISIONS und
Kaput Magazin.

Pynzenyk/Rosilio/Duit
Valentin Duit – Drums
Yoram Rosilio – Double Bass
Alyona Pynzenyk - ViolinThe trio Pynzenyk/Rosilio/Duit is a working ensemble that improvises freely. The three musicians bring different musical backgrounds ranging from traditional music to (free) jazz and contemporaryclassical music with them. They discuss various perspectives and experiment with possible approaches to improvisation but rely ultimately on their musical intuition and their shared enthusiasm for the creative dialogue in the moment.

Yoram Rosilio is a bassist in the fields of Jazz, improvised, contemporary and traditional music. He stands as a leader and composer of the International Big Band “Anti Brain Rubber Factory” and in the sextet « Tikkun » . He has been working with dance, performance, painting, Theatre, sculpture
and other disciplines. Since 2018, he is the Co-founder and co-organizer of the prodgect S.H.A.R.E ( European network in creative music and improvised arts) and the Organizer of the SPIME (International Festival of improvisation in Paris). Since 2016, he is the Co-founder and artistic director of the Parisian Collective Le Fondeur de Son and of the attached phonographic label LFDS Records.
Alyona Pynzenyk is a violinist who embodies a deep passion for contemporary music, free improvisation and performance. She believes that collaboration and interaction between artists is a great source of inspiration, discovery, self-reflection, mutual growth and, moreover, fun. A Ukrainian-born, she received her classical music education first in Ukraine and then in Austria
(University of Music and Performing Arts, Graz). While being actively involved into classical music scene (member of a few chamber music ensembles, substituting in Grazer Philharmoniker), Alyona's interests began to shift in the direction of contemporary music and free improvisation. It led to the Master's degree in Performance and Practice in Contemporary Music (PPCM) under the
supervision of the Ensemble Klangforum Wien. Since then, she has collaborated with well-known composers, performers, conductors and improvisers (such as Peter Ablinger, Ernst Kovacic, Carola Bauckholt, Christoph Herndler, François Sarhan, Joëlle Léandre, Michael Fischer, Bas Wiegers, and others). Currently, she is involved with ensembles such as Klangforum Wien and NeuRaum.
Alyona is also a founding member of "Coincidence", a collaborative ensemble dedicated to promoting contemporary and performative music. Following her strong interest in free improvisation, Alona is actively participating in the free improvisation scene of Austria (Graz, Vienna) and Italy. Inspired by its discoveries, she has created a unique chain of projects, starting
with the one "Croatian Gang", open to musicians of all backgrounds.
Valentin Duit (*1992) is a Vienna-based drummer who plays with various ensembles mainly in the fields of jazz and improvised music, e.g. Dsilton, Tobias Meissl Trio, Pynzenyk/Rosilio/Duit, Tobias Pustelnik Quartett, Roman Schwaller & The Organ Grinders, Zencir, Vienna Improvisers Orchestra, Harry Pepl (tape) & The (Lonely) Single Swinger Band, NOCZ Quartet, Coastline Paradox, Georg Graewe & Sonic Fiction Orchestra. Apart from that, he works with his quartet (with Robert Unterköfler, Tobias Meissl and Ivar Roban Križić) and as a solo musician on his own music.

The Rovar17 (Insect17 in English) is basically Kálmán Pongrácz's solo project, but different kinds of collaboration often occur with musicians, visual artists, performers as well as theater. The music is made by audio-audio collage technique, which rejects the traditional sound system, harmony, melody, even rhythm, and creates compositions from inconsistent and untempered sounds, noises, natural or electronic- but mostly human voices. This act has already seen more than 400 concerts and performances, and has played all across Hungary, in Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom and the United States of America.
The method of the Rovar17 audio collage technique:- first step: Creation. We create some artificial organisms. Because we have not got pure laboratory, and we cannot groom test-tubes and instruments; the generated living beings are black-hearted. - second step: Sampling. We investigate the evil beings & make video and audio record of their behaviour. Eventually, finds are presented live to the audience.
