Jena Jang (KR) is a Korean audiovisual artist based in Prague and pursuing a PhD in time-based media at the Visual Communication Department at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem, Czechia. Her research, 'Contemporary Art of Healing (2019–2024)' is a multidisciplinary live performing art project that explores self-healing methods through audiovisual art mediums.
It explores combinations of energy harmony, dissonance, destructive collision and its circulation, mood shifting by sweating, and the experience of trance. She uses extended technique on the instrument to create a chaotic musical structure. Intense screaming is one of her methods for detoxification and trauma release. Her approach is to face traumatic memories directly, connect them to harsh noise, scream to vomit toxic emotional wounds in the unconscious mind, throw them in the air, and empty the mind by chanting.
Zimmermann / Lienhard – „organ"
Obwohl die Klangerzeugung ihrer Instrumente derart unterschiedlich ist, lösen Tizia Zimmermann und Pablo Lienhard die Grenzen von akustisch und elektronisch erzeugten Klängen immer wieder auf. Manchmal verschmelzen sie zu einer, manchmal lässt das Duo die Welten aufeinanderprallen. Zimmermann / Lienhard spielen schon lange zusammen und haben ihre eigene musikalische Sprache gefunden. Das lässt sich bereits auf ihrem Debütalbum „kaputt“ hören (Wide Ear Records, 2021). Auf dieser Tour präsentieren die beiden ihr lang ersehntes zweites Album „organ" (Release am 29.02.2024, Wide Ear Records). Ihre Musik lässt sich irgendwo zwischen Ambient, Drone, Neuer Musik und Noise einordnen.

Ja genau PretBlaDuDem!!
Ein Wort, nach alter Frankenstein-Manier zusammengeschustert aus den Nachnamen der
vier jungen Musiker, die sich im August 2019 zusammenfanden um miteinander Musik
zu machen und zu improvisieren.
Wenn diese vier Instrumentalisten sich dazu entschließen gemeinsam zu musizieren,
dann steht das Erzählen einer Geschichte im absoluten Fokus. Natürlich kann es
passieren, dass die Erzählung von vielen Nebenhandlungen zersetzt ist, und die
Zuhörer*innen diesen zeitweise nicht mehr folgen können. PretBlaDuDem gelingt es
jedoch immer wieder sich zu finden, sich gegenseitig zu spüren und so der Geschichte
gemeinsam auch unerwartete Wendungen zu verleihen.

Daniel Bierdümpfl is a Linz AT based autodidact multi-instrumentalist, jazz musician, composer, improviser & Artist. https://bieri-bieri.com/
Jakub Švejnar is a drummer, percussionist and improviser. Born in Zlín in 1995, he started playing the drumset at the age of 13 and moved to Prague to study at the conservatory of Jaroslav Ježek. During his studies, he developed a more experimental approach to playing and moved towards free improvisation, which became his main focus. Apart from the drumset, Jakub uses various percussion, objects, no-input mixer and voice.
He’s an up-and-coming player on the Prague improvisation and jazz scene and is member of bands such as Jungle Debris, Grandmothers Favourite, Pudlax, Uthando, Pátra/Švejnar and Dust In The Groove. He premiéred new-music compositions with ensembles/composers: Dust in the Groove (Michal Wróblewski – Game no.5), PMP Ensemble (Anthony Braxton – Trillium X), Petr Hora - The Theatrical Stroll of a Diamond Spider, Elia Morreti (Once Enea Stuck a Seed In My Ear), Timotheé Quost (A Tool Is A Tool) and also coolaborates with performance and dance theather ensembles – Špatné divadlo, Me-Sa Company and Divadlo Continuo.

Was ist Geräusch, was ist Musik und muss es denn überhaupt einen Unterschied geben? Wo hört das eine auf, wo fängt das andere an? Kann man zuhören, ohne das Gehörte in eine "kategorisierende Schublade" stecken zu müssen?
Zum ersten Mal im Trio sorgen Luisa Muhr, Gloria Damijan und Günther Albrecht für einen spannenden Abend von freier Improvisation.
Im Zentrum steht diesmal das Zwischenspiel von Stimme, Elektronik und Objekten, so wie dem extended Toy Piano.
