SUPERLUFT sind drei Improvisator:innen aus Wien und Berlin. Mit Stimme, Posaune und Baritonsaxophon spielen sie sich durch ein Universum aus Geräuschen, Grooves und dadaistischen Textfragmenten. Das Trio lernte sich bei einem spontanen Konzert im Rahmen des Jazz&TheCity Festival 2022 in Salzburg kennen. Im Juni 2023 hatten sie die Gelegenheit, während des SuperGau Festivals im österreichischen Lungau eine Woche lang intensiv zusammen zu arbeiten.

Temenos
Temenos is the sacred place of sanctuary in Greek myth and the semi-improvised project of Heinzel aka Fließgewässer (electronics, bass, saz), Marta (clarinet, guitar) and Nicolas (drums, objects). Fragments of psychedelia and sparse blues guitar stop and start, shimmer and haze, probe, wither. Lithe clarinet lines soar above raindrop percussion, bass burbles and throbs. Dense fourth-world squall resolves into chiming proto-punk and krautrock groove. Can, Loren Conners, Velvet Underground, Wipers, Part Wild Horses Mane on Both Sides, Corsano-Flower duo.

Petr Vrba discovers the possibilities of an electrified trumpet disguised as an electric guitar, and Tomislav Federsel never stops in his search for the world's most hideous guitar sound while Didi Kern tries to squeeze some exquisite rhythms out of his drums!

SINDRE BJERGA (NORWAY)
Bjerga has been active in the shady back alleys of experimental sound since the mid-1990s, exploring drone music, homemade low-tech electronics and sound collaging. He has been touring quite extensively around the world, Europe, UK, Argentina, Russia, Ukraine, South Korea and numerous times in Japan, playing several hundred gigs He has also held numerous workshops for children and adults building sound objects and self-made instruments. Lately Bjerga has been working more with cassette collages, utilizing found tapes as well as pre-recorded tapes, often mixing and stacking sounds from very different sources, creating these odd, unique and even embarrassing moments. The performative elements in the shows have also been highlighted more lately. Bjerga has been known to wander about in the audience, setting up spontaneous fragile "sound sculptures", tying audience members up with cassette tape exploring the relationship between artist and audience
